JB Tours was started in February 1982, when Joe Bouillon decided to build a business providing day trips to dinner theaters and various sporting events. Initially, school buses and the local YMCA bus were used for transportation until Bliss Charters of Fostoria was formed. Collaborating to bring more extended and more comfortable trips to the customers, Bliss and JB Tours ... More have been operating together since 1988. Over the past 25 years, JB Tours has grown, offering customers casino trips, not only to area casinos and trips across the US, such as Branson, Hawaii, New York, and Chicago.
