Every staff member also has a deep knowledge of and love for the Hawaiian Islands and serves with the "Spirit of Aloha." Our Client Assistance offices are located in Hawaii - near your Waikiki hotel - and our friendly and knowledgeable staff is always ready to assist you. We also provide a 24/7 Assistance Hotline phone number to every client. Even our CEO lists his direct-line phone number on our Website (straight to his desk - no secretary to go through) and he personally welcomes your comments and suggestions about our performance and products (This is rarely seen today!)

Today, Riccardo is based in Sorrento, Italy where he maintains the Wherever Tours office. However, he still participates in leading tours throughout the year.
