The specialist not only books the tours, but also schedules and dispatches the drivers and subcontractors. This person will confirm and reconfirm locations, numbers and spot times. Whenever you have last minute changes and numbers go up, you can be sure that if the tour specialist cannot get it done, nobody can. Wayward Wind Inc., is a company that was built, not bought.
