When you do call us, a tour specialist will usually greet you. Without a doubt, this person has the most demanding job in our company. It is his or her responsibility to know what is going on with every company in the industry and to know who’s booked, who’s not and how to get in touch with them. The specialist not only books the tours, but also schedules and dispatches the drivers and subcontractors. This person will confirm and reconfirm locations, numbers and spot times.
