The apex decision-making powers in TEPS vests with its 21-member General Body with the Honorable Minister for Tourism as Chairman and the Secretary to Government, Department of Tourism as its Vice-Chairman. The powers are delegated to its 14-member Executive Committee with the Secretary to Government, Department of Tourism as its Chairman. The Chief Executive of appointed by the Government of Kerala conducts the affairs of TEPS.
