Captain Bob Danilo is the owner and operator of Rugosa and has owned the operation since 2011. Bob hails from Brooklyn, New York, and has been a licensed captain since 1986. He has had a career as a yacht captain and has traveled up and down the East Coast, Caribbean and Bahamas. He moved to Kennebunkport in 2010 and bought the Rugosa the next year. Sunrise Tours is a family-owned and operated company that was started by Jim and Charlene Dalrymple in the basement of their St. Louis County home in 1993 – although their first tour did not materialize until 1994.
