Every staff member also has a deep knowledge of and love for the Hawaiian Islands and serves with the "Spirit of Aloha." Our Client Assistance offices are located in Hawaii - near your Waikiki hotel - and our friendly and knowledgeable staff is always ready to assist you. We also provide a 24/7 Assistance Hotline phone number to every client. Even our CEO lists his direct-line phone number on our Website (straight to his desk - no secretary to go through) and he personally welcomes your comments and suggestions about our performance and products (This is rarely seen today!)
