It is his or her responsibility to know what is going on with every company in the industry and to know who’s booked, who’s not and how to get in touch with them. The specialist not only books the tours, but also schedules and dispatches the drivers and subcontractors. This person will confirm and reconfirm locations, numbers and spot times. Rugosa Lobster Tours
Captain Bob Danilo is the owner and operator of Rugosa and has owned the operation since 2011. Bob hails from Brooklyn, New York, and has been a licensed captain since 1986. He has had a career as a yacht captain and has traveled up and down the East Coast, Caribbean and Bahamas. He moved to Kennebunkport in 2010 and bought the Rugosa the next year.
